Read What Our Volunteers Had To Say...
We asked some of our volunteers why they choose to volunteer with Animal Aid Foundation. Here is what they had to say …
"Helping the animals gives me a feeling of satisfaction that I'm doing something worthwhile."
"Volunteering is the most rewarding work I've ever done. It gives me the opportunity to do some good for the animals and feel good about making a difference."
"My pets are some of the lucky ones. They have a roof over their heads, have food and they are loved. Other animals are not so lucky. I volunteer to help the not so lucky ones."
"As a public education volunteer I encourage people to take responsibility to spay and neuter their pets. If each one of us understood the implications of not having our animals fixed i.e. that thousands of animals are being killed every day simply because there are not enough homes for them all, I'm sure people would be lining up to have their pets fixed. If only people knew, who would argue that spaying and neutering is the only humane thing to do?"
