Depending on its condition, age and location your vehicle will be recycled or sold at auction to generate the biggest donation for the animals and help to save an animal's life. Cars, Trucks, Vans, SUVs, Trailers, RV's and Boats accepted.
A representative will contact you after you submit your paperwork to confirm the appropriate processing method.

One Animal At A Time
As you are reading this, young, healthy animals are being euthanized simply because there are not enough homes for them all. The pet over-population crisis we are currently experiencing is a direct result of animals that have been left un-spayed and un-neutered.
Animal Aid Foundation is committed to reducing animal overpopulation. The Foundation does not have paid staff -- 100% of your donation goes directly to spay/neuter veterinary medical procedures. And we do not receive government funding. We rely on your donations to help us fund the spay/neuter programs of local animal charities.

How the Auction Works!
1. Register & Create an account
We have added more functionality to the Fall 2012 auction. For these features to work, users must register and create a username in order to place bids.
Registering for the auction and creating a username will enable you to:
- Place bids and keep track of your bids (the username you choose will appear on the auction site beside each item where you are the highest bidder)
- Add items to your "Watch List"
- Receive e-mail notifications if you are outbid on an item
- See your winning bids after the auction closes
You can also edit your information and keep your username and password so that you don’t have to register again for the April 2013 auction.
2. Bid on the items you want
Bid on as many items as you like by:
- Choosing an item and clicking on the “Bid Now” button
- Entering your bid amount
- Clicking "Place your Bid"
3. Pick Up Your Prizes
Items can be picked up on the following days & location:

Rules & Procedures
The Fall 2012 Animal Aid Foundation On-line Charity Auction is completely automated. On-line bidding is available 24/7 from the time the auction opens until closing time at 8 pm on November 28, 2012. Contact email@example.com with any questions about the Fall 2012 auction.
At the close of the auction, the highest bidder will be declared the winner as determined by the system, automatically. Only highest bidders will be contacted after the auction closes. Contact will be via e-mail. The e-mail will list your item(s) and the dollar amount owing.
All items have a starting bid and a reserve bid. Animal Aid Foundation has the right to withhold sale of an item if the reserve bid is not met.
Payment Methods and Deadline
Payment must be received within two weeks of the auction closing date (December 12, 2012) before an item can be released. If payment is not received within the allotted time period, the bidder will forfeight their right to the item(s).
Payment can be made by:
- E-mail money transfer
- Credit card through PayPal
Cash will be accepted on the Auction Pick Up days.
E-mail money transfer
Payment may be sent directly from your bank account via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Items will not be released until payment is received.
A cheque in the amount owing may be mail to:

Credit Card through PayPal
Payment using a credit card or transfer through PayPal may be sent to email@example.com. Items will not be released until payment has been received.
Tax Receipts Are Available
Tax receipts will be provided should you decide to pay more for the item than the amount of your winning bid.
The Retail Value of an item is $50. Your winning bid is $40, but you decide that you would like to pay full-value for the prize. Animal Aid can provide a tax receipt for $10.
The Animal Aid Foundation Online Auction is a charity fundraiser. Prizes supplied by companies are offered in good faith. Should a company or business cease operating and leave you unable to use your gift certificates, gift cards, passes, or tickets, Animal Aid will reimburse you the full amount that you paid for the item. Animal Aid will not reimburse the actual value of the prize.
Items that are not picked up in person can be shipped to you. Winning bidders are responsible for mailing/shipping costs. Mailing/Shipping is FOB Animal Aid premises. Animal Aid is not responsible for an item once it has left our premises.
Shipping costs can be avoided by picking up items on one of the two Auction Pick Up days.
All proceeds from the on-line charity auction fund spay/neuter and veterinary medical care programs of local animal charities through Animal Aid Foundation Grants. Animal Aid Foundation is a 100% volunteer-based charity. The Foundation does not have paid staff and does not receive government funding.
